Assisting the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities Building and maintaining positive relationships with new and existing customers Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional manner Updating and maintaining customer records and sales data using internal systems Learning about the company’s products/services to confidently promote them to customers Supporting the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals Working towards individual and team sales targets with guidance from senior staff Attending meetings, training sessions, and sales briefings to develop skills and knowledge Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience
