Depending on the features you use, NEXARA may process account details, profile information, education and experience, skills, preferences, CV/resume content, application records, saved documents, notification preferences and organization-account information.

Data is used to authenticate accounts, create your opportunity profile, determine eligibility, rank opportunity matches, support applications, send requested notifications, provide organization workflows, prevent abuse and maintain the security and reliability of the service.

CVs and application documents can contain sensitive personal information. NEXARA is designed to keep these files private and to expose candidate information to organizations only according to the candidate-sharing controls available in the platform.

AI assistance runs only when the user requests it. Relevant profile, CV or opportunity context may be sent to the configured AI provider for that request. AI output is assistance, not an authoritative eligibility decision, and AI is not permitted to silently alter verified profile facts or deterministic eligibility results.

Verified organizations may use NEXARA recruiting features. Candidate discovery is subject to the platform's candidate visibility and consent controls. Personal contact details should remain hidden unless the candidate has enabled the relevant sharing option.

NEXARA may rely on infrastructure and service providers for authentication, database/storage, email delivery, AI assistance, hosting, analytics and payments. Payment processing remains inactive until the Stripe integration is deliberately activated.

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with applicable obligations, resolve disputes and protect the platform. Users may request account or data deletion by contacting support.
