NEXARA Match is an opportunity-discovery and decision-support platform. It helps users find, organise and evaluate jobs, scholarships, internships, fellowships, grants and related programmes. Some applications are completed on third-party websites; NEXARA Match does not represent that an external provider is controlled by or affiliated with NEXARA Match unless that relationship is expressly stated.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Do not impersonate another person, create deceptive profiles or submit qualifications, achievements, identity information or experience that you know to be false.

NEXARA Match structures opportunity information to make discovery and comparison easier. Deadlines, eligibility rules, funding, locations and provider requirements can change after publication. Before submitting an application, making a payment, travelling or sharing sensitive documents, confirm material details on the official provider or employer source linked from the opportunity page.

Match scores, eligibility indicators, ranking, explanations and recommendations are decision-support features. They are not guarantees of admission, employment, funding, interviewing, visa approval or selection. Final eligibility and selection decisions remain with the relevant employer, institution, funder or programme provider.

Where NEXARA Match provides AI-assisted drafting, explanation, CV support or interview preparation, the output must be reviewed by the user. You remain responsible for the truthfulness, suitability and final form of any material you submit. Do not use AI-assisted features to fabricate evidence, credentials, references or achievements.

Organizations must provide truthful identity and opportunity information and must have authority to publish the listings they submit. NEXARA Match may review, restrict, reject, label, suspend or remove accounts and listings when verification, safety, legal or platform-integrity requirements are not met.

Sponsored placements, commercial partnerships and affiliate recommendations are labelled and kept separate from source verification and eligibility logic. Payment for promotion does not by itself make an opportunity verified, change an applicant's eligibility or improve a user's match score. See the Affiliate Disclosure for additional information.

If paid services are offered, the price, billing period and material conditions are shown before purchase. Third-party payment processors may process payment information under their own terms and privacy practices. Additional product-specific billing or refund conditions may be presented at checkout where applicable.

You may not use NEXARA Match to commit fraud, distribute malware, publish deceptive opportunities, scrape or misuse private candidate data, bypass access controls, interfere with service availability, send unlawful communications, violate intellectual-property rights or use the platform in a manner that materially harms other users or third parties.

NEXARA Match may link to external application portals, employers, universities, funders and other third parties. External websites are responsible for their own content, availability, security and terms. A link does not remove the need for users to verify the destination before submitting information or payment.

Features may be changed, improved, suspended or discontinued as the platform evolves. NEXARA Match may update these terms when necessary. Material updates will be reflected by the effective date shown on this page.
