Key Responsibilities: Visiting customer sites to support the installation of gaming and amusement machines. Setting up and testing machines to ensure they are working correctly. Providing excellent customer service during site visits. Speaking with customers and understanding their requirements. Supporting customers with machine queries and basic troubleshooting. Reporting any issues and working with the team to find solutions. Completing service records and updating customer information.
Supporting stock checks and ensuring equipment is available. Maintaining a professional approach when representing the company. Building positive relationships with customers. Learning about the company’s products and services. Following health and safety procedures when working on-site.
