Supv Management Program Analyst (Computer/Electronic Accommodations)

This position is part of the Defense Human Resources Activity. The incumbent will be responsible for providing "assistive technology" and support. "Assistive Technology" (AT) includes assistive, adaptive, and rehabilitative devices such as ergonomic keyboards and monitor risers for people with dexterity issues, recording devices and memory queuing aids for people with cognitive issues, and text magnification software for people with low vision.

You may qualify at the GS-14, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service: Conducting comprehensive program analysis and leading project management initiatives that deliver assistive technology. Experience with section 508 compliance, accommodations, or related support services for individuals with disabilities within a Federal agency or Department of Defense (DoD) component.

Managing complex project lifecycles, evaluating program effectiveness, and coordinating acquisition, budget formulation, and policy development activities to optimize service delivery and mission outcomes. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
