Supervisory Facility Operations Specialist

About the Position: This position serves as the supervisor for the Maintenance Branch and is responsible for planning, reviewing and analyzing the work of the employees.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of specialized experience which includes (1) Managing a maintenance program to include tasks such as planning, coordinating, and executing complex HVAC and facility operations programs, (2) Assisting with inspections, progress and quality control of HVAC maintenance projects. (3) Interpreting reports to relay information in writing or verbally to staff and/or customers.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Communications Decision Making Leadership Technical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
