The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) is a separate Agency of the Department of War (DoW) under the direction, authority, and control of the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Intelligence (OUSW (I&S)). This is a Tier 1 Defense Intelligence Senior Level (DISL) within the Office of Trust Decision (TD) and reports to the Associate Director TD.
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs): There is NO requirement to prepare a narrative statement specifically addressing the Technical Qualifications (TQs). However, to meet the minimum qualification requirements for this position, you must show that you possess the TQs within your resume - NOT TO EXCEED 2 PAGES. Resumes over the 2-page limit, will be disqualified.
Technical Qualifications: TQ 1: Demonstrated experience in managing and implementing security procedures, including risk assessment and mitigation by recognizing emerging actions, processes or policy and adjusting priorities and resources, integrating teams, and coordinating activities to determine the best approach and plan of execution.
TQ 2: Expert knowledge and application of the tenets of diverse programs and policies that involve sensitive personnel-related derogatory information, counterintelligence, intelligence, law enforcement, and security operations across the federal enterprise.
