The Recruitment Apprenticeship with Ngenium provides on-the-job training to learn candidate sourcing, sales, and communication skills. As an apprentice, you will work with experienced recruiters, assisting with responsibilities such as candidate screening, sourcing, and assessments. Recruiter Level 3. Teaching and developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to become a competent Recruiter will take place entirely in the workplace, with no need for day release. One-to-one tutoring sessions will be provided by a dedicated tutor, who will design a bespoke curriculum plan tailored to your strengths and areas for development.
