MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Office of Inspector General of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04/ NH-01 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Analyzing complex documents, reports, policies, or regulations to identify discrepancies, determine root causes of issues, and formulate effective corrective action plans or recommendations.

2.) Serving as a point of contact or liaison between different internal groups, external organizations, or stakeholders to gather information, mediate discussions, and track the status of tasks or projects. 3.) Articulating complex analytical findings, policy interpretations, and recommendations clearly and effectively, both verbally (e.g., briefings, meetings) and in writing (e.g., drafting official correspondence, reports, or replies).

4.) Using management systems, databases, or tracking tools to monitor the status of multiple projects, audits, or organizational recommendations simultaneously to ensure timely completion.
