LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

About the Position: This position is under the control of Industrial Base Operations Maintence Integration Directorate. The Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC) is responsible for sustaining war fighting readiness and managing a large part of the Army's investment in war fighting capacity as integrators of nearly 3,000 weapon systems that form the core of the Army's war fighting capability.

Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes at least 3 out of 4 experiences listed: 1) Provides guidance on taskers, reviewing submissions for accuracy, to ensure they are submitted on time. 2) Review and summarize policy, orders, and guidance for leadership approval. 3) Conduct reviews of manning tables to ensure accuracy. 4) Analyze policy changes to develop internal guidance.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
