Intelligence Research Specialist

GS-12: To be eligible at the GS-12 level, you must have at least one full year experience equivalent to the GS-11 level as defined below.

Specialized Experience is defined as experience administering principles, techniques, and methodologies of intelligence research to conduct research and analysis activities; conducting functions related to national intelligence agencies and law enforcement communities; analyzing techniques and practices to develop and maintain working relationships with a variety of groups and organizations and preparing a range of written products.

Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan (ICTAP)- The ICTAP provides eligible displaced Federal competitive service employees with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies.
