A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience, which demonstrates IT knowledge and skill including: Participating in the planning and delivery of a full range of IT customer support services Installing, configuring, upgrading and troubleshooting hardware and software components Presenting formal and informal training and assistance to customers Reporting, responding to, and resolving customer requests OR Undergraduate or Graduate Education degree in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks may be substitute for above experience.
