Human Resources Specialist (Classification/Recruitment and Placement)

About the Position: Serves as a Human Resources Specialist for Civilian Human Resources Service Center (CHRSC). The CHRSC provides services to complex organizations which have HR projects that are often sensitive and extremely difficult to resolve. This position is located in Kaiserslautern, Germany.

Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience at least next lower grade level that demonstrated knowledge with providing a full range of technical advisory services for a variety of Human Resources recruitment and placement processes and procedures; determining appropriate pay administration; determine recruitment methods for complex and un-routine recruitment issues; utilization of HR automation tools and systems.

For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
