Through the Level 2 General Furniture Manufacturing apprenticeship, we are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our fantastic furniture company and learn the art and skill of furniture manufacturing. Additionally, you will gain knowledge and comprehension of the fundamentals of wood machinery, joints, and assembly.
The apprenticeship program offers a blend of hands-on experience at our factory and structured training sessions with a dedicated provider. Some of your training will take place off-site, ensuring you benefit from the expertise of specialised instructors. We prioritise your development, so expect to spend at least 20% of your work hours focused on training and studies.
Our expectations for the ideal candidate include the successful completion of the level two apprenticeship, accompanied by the ambition to pursue and complete the Bespoke Furniture Makers apprenticeship at Level 3.

The applicant should be comfortable and happy with heavy lifting tasks. Manual handling will be provided.
