Training takes place entirely on-site at Zubis Nursery during your normal working hours. You will receive a structured blend of practical, hands-on workplace learning and dedicated study time, with no college travel required.

Your Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification will be delivered by Connect2EarlyYears, providing structured learning, 1-to-1 assessor coaching, and dedicated support every step of the way to prepare you for long-term career progression.

Upon qualifying as a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you can progress into roles such as Qualified Nursery Practitioner, Key Person, Room Leader, Deputy Manager, and Nursery Manager. We support ongoing professional development and higher-level leadership training.

Successful candidates must undergo a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, including a check against the Children's Barred List Provision of two satisfactory professional references Candidates must be legally entitled to work in the UK
