Early Years Apprentice

The candidates will be working in the breakfast after and after school club during term time and in the holiday club during school holidays. The candidates will have the opportunity to demonstrate their leadership skills in leading the junior staff members in the activities and planning.

We are offering candidates who are looking for a challenge, working towards their level 3 qualification and gaining an insight into a leadership role and having opportunities to put it in action.

Early Years Educator Level 3 Training will include paediatric first aid qualification The candidate will have training at the workplace with one day a week at Bournemouth and Poole College.

As part of this process, you will also have to apply to the Bournemouth and Poole College for an academic interview.

The candidates will have the opportunity to progress in their career to potentially be a leader/supervisor Interesting and varied work with progression opportunities to senior level career development

Kidscape is a wraparound provision that offers breakfast after school, and holiday care during the school holidays

Passing a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check 18 years and older (for insurance purposes) Must be able to communicate with the team, management and other professionals
