The apprentice will work towards the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard. Training will be provided by The College of Animal Welfare (CAW) in Huntingdon. The apprentice will develop practical skills and knowledge in customer service, communication, handling customer enquiries, problem solving, understanding customer needs and building effective customer relationships.

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, the apprentice will achieve the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard.

The successful apprentice will be offered a full-time permanent position on successful completion of the apprenticeship, subject to satisfactory performance. This is an office-based role involving regular use of computers, telephone and email. The apprentice will be expected to work at a computer for periods of the working day and will need to be organised and able to manage multiple tasks. The role is based at our Huntingdon premises.
