Order and source parts for a wide range of Porsche models from a variety of suppliers Progress parts orders, receive and check deliveries, book parts onto jobs, and store and issue parts and consumables Work closely with our technicians to identify and prepare the correct parts required for workshop jobs and estimates Assist with stock control, parts returns and supplier communication by telephone, email and in person, using a range of software systems Help keep the parts department and workshop clean, tidy and organised, and wash and prepare customer and sales vehicles when required Develop customer service and business administration skills, while assisting with basic diagnostic scans, vehicle checks and other day-to-day workshop tasks under supervision
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
Business Administrator Level 3. An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
Following successful completion of your apprenticeship, there may be opportunities to progress into permanent employment, allowing you to continue developing your skills, advance your career and work towards your ambitions within the motor industry.
