Supporting the Block Management team with the day-to-day administration of residential developments Responding to telephone and email enquiries from residents, leaseholders and clients in a professional and helpful manner Logging repairs and maintenance issues and ensuring accurate records are maintained Liaising with contractors to arrange repairs, maintenance visits and quotations Following up with contractors and residents to help ensure reported issues are progressed and resolved Updating residents and clients on the progress of maintenance and other property matters Assisting with the administration of planned and reactive maintenance Helping to maintain accurate property, resident, contractor and compliance records Monitoring documentation and assisting the team in keeping property compliance information up to date Supporting the administration of health and safety and statutory compliance requirements Assisting with service charge administration and maintaining accurate financial records Helping to process and record contractor invoices and other property-related expenditure Assisting with general correspondence to leaseholders and residents Maintaining electronic filing systems and ensuring information is recorded accurately on company systems Supporting the wider Block Management team with general administration as required
